Next Meeting

Our next book club meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, Aug 5 at Cindy Wirth's house, 10727 Lakeshore Dr. E., Carmel. Please RSVP to Cindy by July 30 at bwirth@indy.rr.com.

Also, Christy has suggested that we start a paperback book swap, so if you're interested please bring a paperback that you're ready to pass on and exchange for a new one from someone else.

The Next Book Is...

Local Independent Book Store

Just thought I would make sure everyone knew about The Mystery Company in downtown Carmel. They are an independent book store specializing in the mystery genre, but I spoke with the owner and he said if we ever wanted him to order any book he can give us a 20% discount and free shipping for the group. Also, they frequently have authors come to the store for book signings and discussions, so maybe sometime we could chose a book from a visiting author and schedule our meeting for when they are in the store.
